I wish I could leave a 0 star review. Went in tonight for my moms birthday dinner. We sat for 15 minutes without being greeted or brought water from the 6 people that were in our 6 booth section. Finally a waiter comes up and asks us our drink order. We told him we were ready to order our meal, a bottle of wine and waters. He rushed off saying he would be right back with waters and wine. After 15 more minutes still without a thing to drink we decided to leave. After telling the hostess to cancel our order because the service was awful she acted confused and said "thanks for coming in". For a mid range priced dinner the service was worse than a Waffle House at 4am. Going 5 minutes down the road to Outback was a much better choice!

Olive Garden has gone downhill over the years. We ordered cheese ravioli, chicken campus, and garlic rosemary chicken with mashed potatoes and spinach. The rosemary chicken was overcooked and small, even hard to cut. The potatoes were OK. The scampi was below average as expected and the ravioli is nothing to write home about (previously frozen and bland sauce.) Even the breadsticks were not good. One star is for the salad and the service was decent.

Save your money and go somewhere else. I gave 2 stars because the service was fine, but the food is so bland!! The Olive Garden chain has gone downhill... Quickly!

One Star? Because I can't give zero! This place has gone drastically down hill and I really should have heeded the Yelp warnings. The food was flat out inedible! Our Italian Cream soda's were glasses full of heavy cream and syrup, hardly any soda. The gnocchi soup (used to be my favorite) tasted of poorly handled chicken and mushy, falling apart gnocchi. We ordered pasta entrees. My friends Fettuccine Alfredo was a tasteless bowl of broken/clotted sauce. My Seafood Fettuccine was a nasty combination of mushy, over cooked pasta with crunchy edges from sitting under a warming lamp for a very long time. Did I Mention the rubber texture of the scallops and shrimp swimming in oil? I didn't complain until the entrees came. 15 minutes later the manager came to our table with the waitress and offered to have our food remade. We declined as it took nearly 30 minutes the first time. The waitress offered to bring us more sauce to drown our dinner in. We declined. I asked for our check, twice, and was informed in a rude, abrupt manor that, "Our SOUP is made DAILY and, it's on me." I was not clear which part was "ON HER" so I asked for the check again. This time she said again, "IT"S ON ME" as she turned her back on us and walked away. The message was clear, "You can leave now". So, we left the waitress a big tip and left. This makes me very sad. Olive Garden used to be a great chain restaurant were you could count on consistently fresh and properly prepared food. NO MORE!

What can I say about Olive Garden that you don't already know? They are decent, if you like fast food italian. Maybe 1 out of 8 times I go there I actually get a nice friendly server. Every other time, they are crabby and rude. Endless soup and salad is my weak spot and my new favorite is the Grilled Chicken Flatbread app. Very tasty.

Our party of 6, 4 adults and 2 children arrived at The Olive Garden at 11:00 on Valentine's Day. We were expecting it to be busy - it was! We had a great server named Shane who was an amazing servier, accommodating to special menu needs of the 2 children. He kept our glasses full, the food coming with perfect timing! What an enjoyable lunch. The Manager Kathy stopped by to check on our table. As always the food was delicious, I had my usually seafood alfredo which is cooked perfect every time! We always look forward to dining at The Olive Garden, it's a family favorite!!

Isaac was the nicest most pleasant server ive ever had at Olive Garden. He was so accommodating to my allergies and the food was very good! We sat at the bar, the stools are awesome and I can put my feet up! So annoying when you can't. Wonderful experience! Also, shoutout to Ken the Best Bartender, Kylie P, Naomi, Christina, and Joanne! Best servers!

Was in the restaurant yesterday and I have to say that I asked someone who worked their who the manager was. Kathy (general manager so I was told)...she treats the employees horrible and I can not believe the way she snarls and yells at that poor guy. It is a shame to witness someone treat employees like that. Kathy...you need to do the menial labor and get a taste of humility. You are mean.

I mostly want to comment on the waitress we had today (Linda). She was 5-stars for sure, and should be working somewhere with a little more class. Linda was friendly, filled our drinks regularly, laughed with us, brought us extra bread sticks and was just overall a good and friendly person. It made our lunch all the more enjoyable. Thanks, Linda! As for the Olive Garden restaurant: well, it is a chain restaurant, but the food was not all that bad. Three individuals greeted us with smiles and sat us immediately during lunch rush--a well-staffed operation. There is a lot of activity and noise, which has always been something that I dislike about OG. I had the Grilled Chicken Flat Bread and my lunch partner had the Lasagna Frittata. The Frittata was frickenata excellent! However, my Flat Bread had the typical restaurant chain inked grill lines on what appeared to be nothing more than flavored canned chicken chunks. The Bread Sticks and Alredo sauce were excellent. As we were leaving, the door was held open and friendly goodbyes given. One of the better lunch experiences I've had in a while.

Absolutely LOVE this place!! Best food around, great wait staff, and you get a lot of food for the price. If you don't leave full every time, your doing something wrong. There are some good "homemade" places around, but this is right there with them. I probably go at least 3-5 times a month.

I generally don't leave "middle reviews". Olive Garden is just about like every other chain sit down restaurant. I commend them for endless breadsticks, soup or salad. The service is generally good, not spectacular but good. The food is good but not great. I do expect average food since it is a chain place. They are making food that dumps out of a carton is warmed up and served, I get it. My biggest turn off with the place is the price per plate. Costing on average probably $16 per plate you are easily looking at $30 a person after tip and tax and drinks. I feel for that kind of money you can eat far better food. It appears that Olive Garden just did a price increase. I'm sure they'll blame cost of ingredients or labor but I'd say they're just trying to take advantage of an upswing economy and that is fine. Their business is to make money but it feels that they are pricing themselves out of the market they have a pretty good grasp on.

I won't be going back to this location. Our waitress was terrible. She took our order, brought the salad and bread sticks, came back by once and then that was it until our dinner was over. No one came to check on us, no one offered refills, nothing. We asked for waters, they never came and the manager seemed to check on every other table but ours. My son ordered a steak and it was awful, it was rare which was NOT how he asked for it and it was full of fat. There is no excuse for a waitress not following up and checking to see if everything is okay, and offering refills is waitressing 101. As for the manager, if you're going to check on one guest, check on them all, this makes you look terrible!

My wife and I really enjoy Italian food and we have eaten at this Olive Garden location several times. Most often we order by phone and pick it up on our way home from work. We haven't had any major problems. It's everything you would expect out of an Olive Garden restaurant. Clean and the employees are courteous and professional.

We have visited this Olive garden many times. Food- price-ambiance- service is good. My favorites are Lasagna Fritta, Portobello Ravioli and sometimes I customize Fettuccine Alfredo, replacing fettuccine with penne, adding mushroom/peas/broccoli. After eating bread-Salad- apps, portion sizes are big enough that I can take half the food to go. That's my lunch next day..Haha! We did few big group parties here and it took a really long time to get orders ready, so make sure to reserve in advance and also order food as soon as possible.

Didn't get served for 10 min. Everyone that was sat after us were served before us. Didn't get our drink order in till 15 min. After being here! Got drink finally but found glass to be dirty with brown residue. Ordered spicy Calamari but got regular. Was charged for two drinks instead of just the one. All we ordered was soup and salad!!!! Shouldn't take 1 hour and 30 min.!!!!! Worst service in the world, and not once did a manager come to apologize..... Had better service in the past!!!!

Decent place to grab lunch. Good prices. Nothing special.

It's a chain... That's about all I can give it. The food was not what I feel is good Italian. At home I have a place called "assagios" and I base all my Italian eats after them. Lacking some very "authentic" dishes they can't get a better score from me. It's an American flip on Italian food... Service: 5 out of 5 Look and feel: 4 out of 5 Taste of food: 3 out of 5 Menu choices: 3 out of 5

Well I went back to the Olive Garden to redeem my gift card after the terrible experience with Lacey the last time I was there. Lacey was still there and ignored us. We ignored her in turn. Our waitress was named Sarah and was awesome! The meal was trademark Olive Garden meal. Things ended on a good note. And we ignored Lacey some more.

I ate here a few weeks ago with my husband, they offered us a sample of their house wine which was by far the most delicious red wine I have ever had! The service was quick and friendly. I tried a special which I did not like and without having to ask my waitress had the manager take it off the bill. They were not rude about it and although I did not like what I ate, I will be back but plan on sticking to my usual!

This used to be my favorite chain to eat at but now the stores have seem to really go down hill. The salads and desserts are still very good here but the items that are supposed to be made fresh (main entrees) are not good anymore. It seems like the food has been sitting out for a while and is old, especially the soup. Last time my noodles were hard from sitting out and the cheese sauce had a bad texture. I've tried going back a few times but it seems to be a trend that the quality of the food is going downhill here.

This was our first time visiting this location. We came here in a Wednesday at around 6:30 pm. We were seated immediately. Drinks were in the table shortly after we were seated. We ordered appetizers which came out quickly and were nice and hot, as they should be. We got our orders in quickly and received them within an acceptable amount of time. Entrees were also done to perfection and the proper temperature. Our waitress was on top of everything. Our drinks were always filled or topped off in a timely manner. She made sure to ask if everything was tasting good, & we all agreed that it was. We ordered stuffed mushrooms, fried zucchini, Fettecini Alfredo with shrimp, tilapia & shrimp in wine sauce with broccoli and of course, salad and bread sticks. Everyone agreed that their meal tasted yummy & had to force ourselves to stop eating & take home leftovers. We also ordered dessert to go. The only disappointing thing is that the people who ordered the raspberry cheesecake found that it melted on the ride home, which was odd, because I've never seen cheesecake melt, especially in an air conditioned vehicle during a rain storm. The black tie cake and the donuts however, survived the ride home. Overall, we had a really good time. The restaurant was clean, including the bathrooms. Staff was friendly. Service was accurate (no mistakes with our orders). We would come back here again.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
